Where Is it? Our Addresses data element provides all the commonly used identifiers for 155 million properties and geographic areas used to group properties into markets. Geo COdes adds additional information about geographic areas applicable to each property.
What is It? Property Characteristics provides up to 300 attributes for each property
Who is it? Current Owner combines information from Tax Assessor and Deeds to identify the current owners of a property. Tax Exemptions can be used to establish characteristics of homeowners based on the property tax exemptions that have been granted.
What's Changed? Building Permits provide details about approved changes that have been made to a property


Datasets

The following are the data elements for property data that are derived from the above tables. These data elements can be purchased individually for any combination of geographies such as state or county. The data elements can also be combined into specific Solution Packs.

Addresses

A central registry of all US properties, providing a wide range of identifiers commonly associated with these properties.  It provides the basis for identifying, matching, and segmenting ~155 million US properties.
