Each County Recorder's office is also responsible for keeping on file the various legal notices such as Notice of Default and Notice of Sale associated with the potential transfer of property through the foreclosure process. Disputes about properties are often resolved by looking at the timeline for recorded documents.

We deliver everything from recorder deed data, loan positions, and sales prices, property transfers, along with a range of transactions associated with the foreclosure process, giving you a detailed or holistic picture of the real estate and property markets.
ATTOM's identifier is used to uniquely identify each and every US Property. The ATTOM ID can be used to reliably locate a specific property record as well as to match property data with transaction data.
The following are the datasets for transaction data. These datasets can be purchased individually for any combination of geographies such as state or county. The datasets can also be combined into specific Solution Packs.
Assignments and Release provide a history of the mortgages secured by a property, when they started and when they ended.

Deeds are written legal documents used to transfer or assign an interest or rights over real property. There are two broad categories of deeds: -
