Provides details about the lender and broker for mortgages required by law to be recorded as part of Deeds and Mortgage. The information is included on the property lien and standardized using identifiers assigned by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

Usage

Lending Company Productivity - Measure the performance of lenders based on the number of loans and the value of loans with which they are associated.

Loan Broker Productivity - Measure the performance of brokers based on the number of loans and the value of loans with which they are associated.
