Comparable Search & Market Analysis
ATTOM Property Navigator offers a very easy way to create a list of comparables for your subject property as well as a CMA.
2. You'll be presented with a "Comparables Search" view where you can set your location preferences, sale date and price limits, as well as specify property attributes to zero-in on most accurate matches. After adjusting your criteria, click the “Search” button.
3. For CMA, select up to 6 comparable properties form the list and click "Market Analysis" button.
A CMA report will open in a new tab.
You can also preview your selections on the map (Map tab), as well as remove outliers by simply clicking on the markers and then "remove" link.
All selected comparables can be exported into a CSV file by clicking on "Save to CSV" button.
