What if I don't have a permanent IP address

To provide a safe and secure environment for its customers, ATTOM controls access to ATTOM Cloud. Access is usually restricted to devices connecting from known IP addresses. When your company purchases ATTOM Cloud, we will obtain a list of IP addresses to be whitelisted on your behalf.

Temporary IP access

ATTOM recognizes that a modern workforce is mobile. That employees may need to access ATTOM Cloud from home or while traveling. To facilitate this, ATTOM Cloud allows each ATTOM Cloud account to define a single IP whitelist applicable to their current location. This can be found under Direct Integration.

Alternative Cloud Access

If your company makes use of a wide range of IP addresses and/or has security issues sharing details about those IP addresses with ATTOM, it is possible to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) as an alternate way of connecting to ATTOM CLoud. In that case, ATTOM will whitelist the IP address of the VPN, allowing your company to control access to the VPN.
