New Fields Addition to CSV Export

Per numerous requests from our customers we've added dozens of additional fields to the CSV data export output.

In the past, when you exported search results to CSV, our output was limited to the most relevant selection of fields. With this update, we've included all property-related characteristics as well as location, parcel, legal identifiers and zoning information, ownership and occupancy details, assessor values and taxes, sales data, equity, loan-to-value ratios, market values, and more.

Why is this important?

It gives you the opportunity to use the data in ways only you can imagine — from custom analysis and segmentation, comparable selection and valuation, integrating into your own CRM or predictive dialer, merge into your marketing, content creation and even more advanced uses such as data science and generative AI modeling.

Here're the type of fields you may see in a common CSV export:

• ATTOM ID and Parcel ID
• 9 address related fields
• Coordinates (latitude/longitude)
• 10 legal identifying fields (section, block, lot, etc.)
• 5 ownership fields
• Occupancy
• Property characteristics
• Taxes and assessments
• 5 valuation fields
• Sales and foreclosure activity
