How reports are being counted against monthly quota?

There are 2 types of reports that count toward your monthly property report quota: a property report and a comparable report. 

Each report usage is counted once per unique address toward your monthly quota. Repeat views of the reports within the same month are not counted.

In case of CSV exports and labels, the usage counts by the number of records you download in a file.

Usage count gets reset on the 1st of each month.
