What will my Property Navigator subscription cost?

For Basic and Professional plans, the cost of your subscription will depend on your package selection, as well as the number of additional seats you require, and will be displayed on the pricing page and during account registration. For the annual billing option, the discounted annual price will be displayed. Please note: sales tax may apply based on your location, calculated at the end of the registration process.
The cost of the Enterprise subscription will depend on your unique needs and requirements.

Can I try Property Navigator for free?

Yes! All plans come with 7-day free trial for new subscribers, during which your account will not be billed. If you choose to continue using Property Navigator after the 7-day trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription for the plan you selected during registration. Otherwise, cancel before your trial ends and you will not be billed.

Do you offer an annual subscription?

Yes. We offer an annual subscription with a significant discount that also applies to additional users. To view yearly pricing options, select annual billing cycle at the top of the page.

What payment options do you accept?

For Basic and Professional plans we accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and debit cards. For Enterprise accounts we use invoice billing.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be enrolled in the paid subscription option and will not be billed.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my reports or lists quota?

Under the Professional plan, in cases when you need to export records beyond your monthly quota, the system will offer to process your exports for an additional low cost.
The Basic subscription plan does not include exports and is limited to 25 reports per month, which cannot be exceeded. If you need more reports, you can upgrade to the Professional plan, which comes with unlimited reports and includes 2,000 export records per month.

What if I need to add extra users beyond my plan capacity?

No problem! We can add as many team members to your account as needed for an additional fee.

Can I change my subscription plan anytime?

Absolutely! You can change plans from your account management dashboard or contact support and we’ll help you make the necessary changes to meet your needs.

How is my usage counted against my monthly quota?

Your monthly usage is based on the number of property reports and comparable reports generated for unique addresses. Each report counts once toward your monthly quota, but repeated views of the same reports within the same month are not counted.

In case of CSV exports and labels, the usage counts by the number of records you download in a file.
