New Features

We have a long list of ideas on how we can bring value to our customers through ATTOM Cloud. The following is a small set of those ideas that we have found time to implement this month. We have more to come and we are always interested in hearing from you our customers about how we can make the ATTOM Cloud experience even better.

MLS Co-Mingling

Our Slipstream MLS API has been enhanced to support requests for listings from multiple MLS. A list of MLS markets can now be provided in the market[] parameter, with the results returned consolidating the results from each market requested. Being a potentially breaking change to the endpoints, it is necessary to request a version of the API greater than v20220901.

Note: This feature requires a customer to be licensed for each of the MLS requested.

Enhancements

Sometimes big ideas need to give way to smaller day-to-day needs. The following are some of the smaller enhancements made to existing features within ATTOM Cloud.

Broker Attribution

Our Slipstream MLS API has been enhanced so that listings endpoints return a new field (AttributionContact) so that this information can be added to IDX websites in compliance with new NAR/MLS requirements.

Open House Modification

Our Slipstream MLS API has been enhanced to add a new field (ModificationTimestamp) for Open House data wherever that data is published by an MLS. This will allow customers to identify when changes were last made to an open house.

Previous Price

Our Slipstream MLS API has been enhanced to add two new fields (PreviousListPrice, PriceChangeTimeStamp). This change will allow customers to identify when a listing price was last made and the previous list price.

Quality of Life

Part of our mission is to make ATTOM Cloud a great experience for all that use it. The following are changes made as part of that mission.

New Home Page

As part of the ongoing efforts to improve the usability of ATTOM CLoud, we are pleased to announce the release of a new layout for our home page. The new home page is designed the cater for the specific interests and needs of three key groups of ATTOM Cloud users:-

1. ATTOM Cloud Users - Provides direct access to all purchased solution packs, the solution catalog, and commonly used tools for accessing ATTOM CLoud data such as the SQL Editor and Direct Integration.
2. Property Report Users - Provides access to Property Reports, which allows for the searching of properties held in ATTOM Cloud and the display of the comprehensive data for each property
3. ATTOM API Users - For those interested in accessing ATTOM Cloud data via ATTOM API, we provide links to the API Documentation and access to the API token supplied as part of your ATTOM Cloud trial.

To the extent possible, we will try and arrange the UI based on our understanding of the ATTOM Cloud products you are using.

Solution Catalog Industry Filter

As the content of the solution catalog grows, we recognize we need to make it easier to find relevant solutions. This month we have added an Industry FIlter which allows you to locate solutions relevant to a specific industry.
