ATTOM is constantly looking for new opportunities to expand its portfolio of property data and sources. We hope to make any data available on ATTOM Cloud first, Stay tuned for more news about new additions to the portfolio of property data being added to ATTOM Cloud.

New Features

API Explorer

Over the coming months, we will be integrating our ATTOM API into ATTOM Cloud to provide a single convenient place for our customers to test and use our digital content. The first step in that journey has been to add API Explorer to our new home page. This takes you to our ATTOM API Developer website where we have documented the many REST API endpoints available to access ATTOM Cloud data. An option exists to try out these endpoints using a public key. The option exists for you to register to get your own API key for a 30-day trial period.

Update: Your ATTOM Cloud account now includes an API Key that you can use during your 30-day trial period to test ATTOM Cloud data using our REST API.

New Home Page

The initial release of ATTOM Cloud focused on two things: 

1. Providing a lightweight SQL Editor to test our data via SQL queries; and
2. Providing the information needed to connect your software to our data (Direct Integration)

To prepare for a number of exciting enhancements planned for ATTOM Cloud we have introduced a new Home Page that is displayed when you sign in to ATTOM Cloud. Our growing number of capabilities are being grouped into three key areas

1. Solutions: A list of Solution Packs your company has purchased or you are personally evaluating
2. Explore: Tools that allow you to explore our data either against our five-county trial database or against data your company has purchased
3. Learn: Our expanding library of resources that helps to explain ATTOM Cloud and ATTOM data

Property Reports

ATTOM has launched a new product called ATTOM Property Reports which is only available via ATTOM Cloud.

As part of your free 30-day evaluation of ATTOM Cloud, you will be able to run up to 25 property reports free of charge.

Quality of Life

Introductory Video

Because there was often a delay of one to two minutes between you completing registration for ATTOM Cloud and when we could set up all your access to the data we offered an introductory video to watch to fill in that time gap. We have made improvements to that process that should eliminate that need. The introductory video is still available as an option under Learn, but you will now be taken directly to pour new Home Page after you complete registration.

Responsive Design

The original version of ATTOM Cloud was only designed to run on desktop computers. Largely because we couldn't imagine too many people writing and running SQL queries on a phone. We have now made a few tweaks to make ATTOM Cloud more usable on both tablet and phone devices. The ATTOM Cloud site now recognizes the type of device you are using and makes adjustments where we feel it makes sense to do so to support your device. Not everything will be available on every device. e.g. we still don't see it making too much sense to support a SQL editor on a phone but we are working hard to make as many things as possible work on your device of choice.

Bugs

Property Reports Access

There were a few bumps along the way with our launch of Property Reports that prevented new and existing ATTOM Cloud accounts from getting access to Property Reports. This included a time zone issue that blocked access to all users for several hours at the end of each day.
