Reset Password
If you have forgotten the password for your ATTOM Cloud account it is possible to reset the password at any time.
Note: In order to reset the password you must have access to the e-mail used to register for ATTOM Cloud.
1. Forgot Password
From the ATTOM Cloud Sign In screen select the option towards the bottom for Forgot your password?
2. Send Verification Code
Enter the e-mail address originally used to register for ATTOM Cloud and select Send verification code
3. Obtain Verification Code
3. Obtain Verification CodeGo to the email account entered and look for a new e-mail from ATTOM Cloud with the title ATTOM Cloud - Password Reset. Open the e-mail to find the six-digit verification code.
Note: You will only have 20 minutes to use this verification code
4. Enter Verification Code
Enter the verification code as the Secondary Verification Code on the screen that should now be displayed and then press Verify Code.
5. Confirmation
5. ConfirmationIf the verification code entered has been confirmed a new screen will be displayed confirming we have verified your e-mail address. Select Continue.
6. Sign In
6. Sign InYou should now be ready to sign in to your ATTOM Cloud account using the new password you have provided.
