What are the SLAs for ATTOM Cloud

The following outlines the service levels offered by ATTOM Cloud. They are based on the measurement of downtime as being the total number of minutes in which a database connection fails or times out as a percentage of the total minutes in a calendar month.

Standard Trial

The Standard Trial database should maintain an uptime of 99%.

ATTOM Cloud

Out ATTOM Cloud (shared) instances are provided free of charge to customers. Our internal goals are to maintain a 99.5% uptime on this database, but because it is being shared by multiple customers we cannot ensure those service levels can be met and do not enter into formal agreements that guarantee uptime. If uptime is important to your applications, ATTOM recommends upgrading to a dedicated instance of ATTOM Cloud that can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

ATTOM Cloud Dedicated

  • Microsoft's current SLA for Azure SQL Database Basic tier is 99.9% with zero replicas.
  • The standard SLA for ATTOM Cloud is for a 99.5% uptime of the SQL server. This includes the provision for issues specific to ATTOM's database.

The SLA can be increased by upgrading the dedicated instance to a higher tier.

  • Microsoft's current SLA for Azure SQL Database Business Critical is 99.99%
