Can I extend my ATTOM Cloud trial
By default, each new ATTOM Cloud account provides a 30-day evaluation period. After that time the account is automatically disabled.
If your account has been disabled, or you know ahead of time you are going to require extra time to evaluate ATTOM Cloud, reach out to our customer support to request an extension of your evaluation period.
The account is not deleted, it is merely disabled. This means that once the account has been extended you should be able to access ATTOM Cloud using the same password as before and have access to any stored queries etc you may have saved.
