Can I sign in with a different email instead of the one that I am using?

You need to change the e-mail address you are using with ATTOM Cloud for a range of reasons

  • You misspelled the e-mail address when registering and cannot receive the verification code
  • You no longer have access to the original e-mail account
  • You wish to use a business e-mail address
  • Your employer has changed the name or domain used for your e-mail address

Whatever the reason, it is necessary to register for a new ATTOM Cloud account using the new e-mail address. If you have not yet purchased ATTOM Cloud, you will receive a new 30-day evaluation period for the new account. If you are part of a company that has purchased ATTOM Cloud we may need to manually add you back to the company account if the e-mail domain used is not recognized as being from that company.


Note: If you did not verify your e-mail account but you still wish to use the same e-mail address, request to Reset Your password to trigger the verification e-mail being sent again.
