The following new data elements have been added to the portfolio of property data available via ATTOM Cloud.

Air Quality

We have separated out air quality from our Community data for customers with a specific need to get measures of air quality for various areas of the United States. The measure available are: -

Air Pollution
Carbon Monoxide
Lead
Nitrogen Dioxide
Ozone
Particulate Matter

The data is available to ALL ATTOM Cloud users for evaluation via our Limited (5-county) Trial database. It can be found under the Hazard schema in a view called CommunityAirPollution

Climate

We have separated out climate measures from our Community data for customers with a specific need to get measures of climate for various areas of the United States. The measure available are: -

Clear Days
Precipitation
Rain Days
Snow Days
Sunshine
Tempareatures

The data is available to ALL ATTOM Cloud users for evaluation via our Limited (5-county) Trial database. It can be found under the Hazard schema in a table called CommunityClimate

Note: The PropertyClimate table available under Hazard is for Climate Change data and should not be confused with this Climate data element

Crime

We have separated out Climate measures from our Community data for customers with a specific need to get measures of climate for various areas of the United States. The measure available are: -

We have separated out natural disaster statistics from our Community data for customers with a specific need to get natural disaster statistics for various areas of the United States. The statistics include available are: -

Earthquake
Hail
Hurricane
Tornado
Weather Events (total)
Wind

Property To Boundary

With the addition of a number of new data elements that provide statistics for geographic areas, ATTOM is making available a new data element called Property To Boundary. Using the digitized boundaries of various geographic areas, we have used our sophisticated geo-spatial analysis to identify which of those areas a specific property belongs. This allows area data to be matched to a specific property as well as the generation of a list of properties located within a specific area. The areas currently supported are:-

Block (Census)
Block Group (Census)
Combined Statistical Area (CSA)
Congressional District
Core Based Statitical Area (CBSA)
County
County Subdivision
FEMA FIrm Panel (Floods)
FEMA Flood Hazard Area (Floods)
Neighborhood (4 levels)
Place
Postal City
Tract (Census)
Zip Code
Zip Code Tabulation Area (Census)

The data is available to ALL ATTOM Cloud users for evaluation via our Limited (5-county) Trial database. It can be found under the new Boundary schema in a table called PropertyBoundaryNoise

Separate Dimension Tables are available that define the geography types (DimGeographyType) and the various values for each geography type.

Note: This data element will be expanded in the coming months to include lookups for School Districts and School Attendance Areas when our school data is added to ATTOM Cloud.

Quality of Life

Page Footer

A site footer has been added to the bottom of each page in ATTOM CLoud that provides links to relevant information. For example, the Terms of Use, and Privacy statements provided when you registered for ATTOM Cloud can now be accessed via the new page footer.

Sorted Schema

The schema displayed in the SQL Editor is now presented in an alphabetical order making it easier to find the objects available in ATTOM Cloud.

Terms of Use

The link to our terms of use was recently added to the new page header. Somewhere along the way, the link provided broke. We have added it back for those of you who like to refer back to the terms of use on a regular basis.
