Active Foreclosures

The first of our solution packs are Active Foreclosures, a subset of our Foreclosure detail containing only those transactions related to Foreclosures that are currently active.

 A new view (ActiveForeclosures) is available for all ATTOM Cloud customers to evaluate this new offering in our five-county trial database.


New Features

We have a long list of ideas on how we can bring value to our customers through ATTOM Cloud. The following is a small set of those ideas that we have found time to implement this month. We have more to come and we are always interested in hearing from you our customers about how we can make the ATTOM Cloud experience even better.

API Trial Key

Your 30-day trial of ATTOM Cloud now includes an API key for ATTOM API allowing you to evaluate the option of our own REST API for property data. To find your key, go to Direct integration. If you have previously created an ATTOM API key and it is not being displayed, contact technical support to request transferring the key to ATTOM Cloud.

What's New

Our first new feature this month is the What's New section in our online documentation that can be found at cloud-help.attomdata.com. Since its launch in June 2021, we have not done a great job of communicating the many new features that have been added. Check out our new What's New section on a regular basis to see what has been added and what is coming soon.


Quality of Life

It is our goal to make ATTOM cloud simple and convenient as part of our ongoing efforts to make your experience a better one. During this month we have made the following improvements.

Direct Integration

Gathering all the details of how to connect your software to our data is one of the most used features in ATTOM Cloud. We have made this feature easier to find by adding a new tile for it on our home page in addition to its well-hidden location behind the user profile icon.

Safari Support in Property Reports

We have moved Property Reports into the attomdata.com domain making it possible for users of the Safari browser to access property Reports without the need to adjust the default browser settings to allow cross-domain cookies.

Simplify Registration and Sign-In URLs

Previous when you logged in to ATTOM cloud you were being directed to the following URL

We have simplified that URL to be

https://login.cloud.attomdata.com/signin

Not only is it much shorter and easier to understand, but being in the ATTOM domain it may allay any concerns that your session has been hijacked and sent to somebody else's site.

Webinar

ATTOM aims to conduct at least one webinar each year to demonstrate the latest capabilities of ATTOM Cloud. We have added a link to the latest ATTOM Cloud webinar on the home page (under Learn) to make it easy to find and access.


Bugs

Yes, we make a few mistakes in our efforts to deliver enhancements and new features. It's a joint effort between ATTOM and its customers to find and prioritize these in the never-ending effort to deliver a truly great ATTOM Cloud experience. The following are some of the bugs that we have identified and eliminated this month

Access to Expanded Trial

Customers requesting an expanded trial for ATTOM Cloud were being locked out because their whitelisted IP address was not being automatically added to the firewall for this server.

Case Sensitive E-Mail Address on Reset

When requesting to reset your password, we failed to recognize that e-mail addresses are not case sensitive and would not always match an account if it was not entered using the same casing as entered at the time of registering the account.
